My Approach to Wedding Photography
I started photographing weddings in 2006. As with many other photographers the first was a favour for a family member. At the time I wasn’t too sure what I was getting into, many people warned me that it had to be done right as the photographs are one of the most important things about a wedding. I ended up really enjoying myself and taking some great photos which the couple were very pleased with. After that first wedding I was hooked!
I love everything about wedding photography. I love that I get to share in one of the most important days of my client’s lives. I get to spend time with your family and friends, by the end of the day I almost feel like part of the family.
My Unique Style
My style is simple, elegant and contemporary. I like to keep my backgrounds as clean as possible and ensure that my subjects are the clear focus of each shot. I endeavour to capture a piece of your personality in every photograph.
I’m not mean or bossy and I won’t push you into awkward poses. Instead of composing the subjects of each and every shot with military precision I shoot the day in a reportage style. I envisage to capture events as they unfold from a guests point of view.
Your Wedding Album
The albums I create are designed to tell the story of your day, right from the Bride’s house in the morning to the first dance and the after party. I have many different packages available and can offer bespoke options to fit in with your budget.
